The Windsurfing In Gostoso
The very best wind season for Gostoso is between September and March with 90% super reliable wind ranging from 17 to 30 knots. This really is one of the most wind reliable location on the planet during this period. It is also quite good to travel in mid-August and July although the wind direction can switch quite a lot during this time. For waves the best season is November through to January with super clean 1-2 metre waves on the outer reef.

Gostoso is a great place to be in the evenings for a relaxing few beers, maybe a BBQ, and then a restful night to set yourself up for another hard day on the water. There are a few lively bars on the weekends with live music. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from, with everything from pizzerias to traditional local restaurants serving mouth-watering Brazilian specialities and plenty of fresh seafood.
