Want to know what are the most popular windsurf holiday resorts, hotels and tours being booked in September?
September is one of the windiest months of the year in many locations and is also the last wind-reliable period for most European destinations. This is a great time of year to grab a last-minute windy week away at a reasonable price. September and October are also the start of the Atlantic wave season, so for the more advanced windsurfers, it's a great time of year to get some wave action in Morocco (either Dakhla or Essaouira), Gran Canaria, and Lanzarote.
Looking a little further ahead into October and November, the list of windy spots shortens considerably, coming down to a choice between Dakhla Lagoon in Morocco (or Essaouira for waves), South Fuerteventura, Soma Bay in Egypt, Mauritius, Gostoso in Brazil and Jeri in Brazil.
If you are a family and thinking about getting away over Christmas, please get in contact as soon as possible. Prices will be higher than other times, but we still have some space. Top spots for December include Langebaan Lagoon in South Africa, Gostoso in Brazil , Bonaire in the Caribbean (one of the best pure windsurf locations on the planet!), and Vietnam.

The very best in customer service. Booked a holiday to The Maldives through Planet Travel. Their attention to deal in dealing with me as a fussy and worrying traveller could not have been better. Provided me with the detail I needed, in advance before I booked the holiday. Their excellent service continued after book the trip, with regular emails, their own app updates and phone calls to confirm all was well. We had a fantastic time!
