The Langebaan Luxury Villa holiday is an architectural beauty overlooking the Langebaan lagoon.

The exclusive Langebaan guest house design uses aspects of traditional ‘Cape West Coast’ style with local stone detailing, shiplap boarding, sun-bleached timber, tinted screed floors and cast counters.

A serene family lodge in nature, there are two areas of garden separating sporting gear from the space that allows for kids to safely enjoy their play time while you sit back and relax on the furnished patio.

The driveway is lined with fruitful olive trees which leads you to a large space ideal for the parking of cars and boats.

The space has been designed to accommodate free flowing spaces throughout the house allowing easy movement between spaces and comfortable living. Built on the edge of the greenbelt, the surroundings give a real sense of calm and peacefulness.

A prime example of thoroughly thought out architecture, the Langebaan self-catering house is designed to make the most of the weather, which makes room for subtle breeze and spectacular views. The patio, lawn and living spaces are fully protected from even the strongest wind and face the sun so are bright and warm, and serenely look over the greenbelt area onto the lagoon all the way out to the Atlantic Ocean. Sunsets are spectacular, especially in summer!

The exquisite house has 4 large bedrooms which are all en-suite – fitted with a shower and toilet. The huge upstairs bedroom also has a large bathtub to soak your cares away, beautiful views and a small office area. Three of the four bedrooms downstairs lead directly to the patio, providing a unique view over Langebaan. Internally stacking doors allow adaptation of spaces to suit the guests – such as closing off the lounge from the kitchen and patio, to allow secluded movie watching.

The house also hosts a very large double garage. The living room is connected to a large kitchen/dining room which leads you to the outside patio braai lounge with swimming pool in the wooden deck for cooling off and lawn area for washing kites, sails and gear after a day of sports. Other utilities include scullery, laundry and drying yard.
