Travel Reservations and Sales Support

Key roles

• Booking all aspects of a luxury tailor-made holiday (flights, transfers, car hire, hotes etc)
• Liaising with our customers to ensure they have the very best booking and travel experience
• Handling any post booking amendments or add-ons

Essential skills

• a minimum of 2 years direct experience
• faultless attention to detail
• good telephone manner and CS skills

Senior Travel Consultant

Key roles

• Advising potential customer on the best locations, hotels and tours for their specfic requirements
• Constructing complex tailor made tours in a fast and accurate fashon

Essential Skills

• a minimum 3 years direct experience
• excellent destination knowledge of at least some of our key resorts (Indian Ocean, Egypt, Morocco, Greece, Caribbean, South & East Africa)
• superb telephone manner
