COVID TRAVEL GUIDELINES

If you’re looking forward to travelling again but want full flexibility in your plans, we promise you can book with us in absolute confidence. We are still not sure what the rules will be around travelling in summer 2021 but confidence in growing week by week. Prior to booking any holiday we will outline clear guidelines around cancellation and amendment terms for your specific holiday.

Broadly we can currently offer the following booking terms in most destinations:

- Low deposit from just £50 per person with the balance due between 2 to 8 week prior to departure

- Free change or cancellation of your accommodation up until 1-4 week prior to departure (or credit refund within this period)

- If your holiday is cancelled you can either defer to a future date free of charge, or you can have a full refund

As well as being ATOL bonded Planet Travel operate a Trust Account overseen by the Travel Trust Association. This means all funds you pay do not come to us, but instead go to a TTA Trust Account. We do not have direct access to your funds until AFTER you compete your trip. There is no safer tour operator business than this! All Planet Travel customer have 100% financial security.
