Palekastro Villas, Crete

General Overview

Set in a slightly elevated position, just 200m from Kouremenos Beach, these 3 delightful villas are surrounded by a large garden with lawns and olive trees and enjoy wonderful, uninterrupted views of the countryside and down to the sea. These are some of the only high end villas in Palekastro.

The Accommodation

Each villa has its own swimming pool with sunbeds, umbrellas, table and chairs and a barbeque. 

The villas are furnished in a modern style, with emphasis placed on comfort.  The living/kitchen area is open-plan, with cozy sofas, satellite TV and a well-equipped kitchen with 4 ring hob, full oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Villas B and C have 2 separate bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds, whilst Villa A is open-plan with a sleeping area with one double bed and two single beds on the mezzanine level (one extra person can sleep on a sofa in the living area). There is air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living area.  Each villa has a bathroom with shower/WC.

Amenities

These villas are ideal for couples or families seeking privacy, peace and relaxation.  The nearest tavernas are on Kouremenos Beach (approx. 600m), with shops, restaurants and cafes in Palekastro village (approx.3,8 km), or in the town of Sitia.  Car hire recommended.
