Villa Zen Hotel
A nice small hotel on the Maceio beach just a short stroll from a great windsurf and kitesurf beach. The hotel name is a little misleading, as it is not really very 'Zen', but still a nice enough mid-range hotel. It is the best available if you want to be close to many beach restaurants of Maceio Beach and feel the local vibe. On the weekends this beach is popular with locals to spend the day eating and drinking, but there is a huge space for everyone.
The outside of the hotel and reception area are impressive, but the rooms do not follow through with that standard. They are fine and comfortable but do not have much in the way of charm or character. The staff are very friendly and the food can be quite good. This hotel should be viewed as a good value mid-range option with access to a great beach and with nice local atmosphere.
