Tour description
Combine a kitesurfing or windsurfing trip to the flat water lagoon of Langebaan with a luxurious safari spotting the Big Five and end your tour exploring the culture and natural sites of vibrant Cape Town. Six days spent on the blue waters of Langebaan lagoon will allow you to hone your kitesurfing/windsurfing skills in reliable winds, while two nights on safari at a property located within a 2-3 hour drive from Langebaan will leave you breathless. After your encounter with rhinos, elephants and lions, round off your tour with three days in Cape Town, marvelling at the exquisite sights of Table Mountain and Cape Point and indulging at a few of the many eateries and wine farms that Cape Town and its surrounds have to offer.

Days 1 - 6
Langebaan
4* Windtown Lagoon Hotel, Langebaan

100km from Cape Town, on South Africa's West Coast, lies the kitesurfing and windsurfing haven of Langebaan. This quaint little seaside town offers great flat water kitesurfing and windsurfing on the blue lagoon with consistent winds during the summer months. Ideal for beginners or those wishing to improve their skills, the Langebaan lagoon is one of the biggest lagoons in the world and offers a choice between flat, bumpy and wavy waters, all in very close proximity to the hotel and watersports centres.
The lagoon is surrounded by a nature reserve, making for stunning views all round while a host of additional outdoor activities are available in the surrounding area for when you are not out on the water. A number of amazing restaurants are also right on your doorstep, offering great value for money and delicious fresh seafood and traditional South African dishes.

Days 7 - 9
Safari
4* Aquila Private Game Reserve, South Africa Wildlife Safari

Transfer from Langebaan to one of the Western Cape's game reserves, situated within a 2-3 hour drive. Enjoy a couple of nights relaxing and unwinding surrounded by exquisite nature for as far as the eye can see. Spend your mornings and evenings out on a game drive, horse ride or walking safari as you check the Big Five of your list. During the day, relax on your balcony with a G&T as you enjoy the many birds that come to say hello or indulge in extended buffet meals poolside.

Days 10 - 12
Cape Town

Head back to Cape Town and spend your remaining three days exploring the sights of this iconic city. Stay at the Victoria & Alfred Hotel, at the centre of it all in the Waterfront area, or enjoy the beachfront location of The Bay Hotel on the Camps Bay strip, home to trendy restaurants and cocktail bars.
