Discover the very best that Peru and the Galapagos has to offer before embarking on a liveaboard to discover the very best of this remote archipelago. Get up close and personal with the various species that make their home in the Galapagos, including sea lions, iguanas, penguins and turtles, accompanying this amazing exploration of the natural world with a discovery of the ancient sights of magnificent Peru and a relaxing stay on the beaches of Paracas.

Days 1 - 2
Lima
5* Hotel B, Lima

Begin your journey of discovery in Peru's vibrant capital city of Lima. This will provide your stepping stone to learning about the history of Peru and its ancient civilisations. Spend your first few days discovering the city, indulging in amazing cuisine and visiting the museums of the city.

Days 2 - 6
Paracas
5* Hotel Paracas, Paracas
Drive three hours from Lima to Paracas and discover a real hidden gem! One of the world's best beaches and a great undiscovered location for relaxing. This is also one of the world's best kitesurfing destinations. Here you will find a huge flat water lagoon surrounded by a stunning nature reserve and wildlife sanctuary. Hotel Paracas is located in an upmarket area bordered by a huge nature reserve which is home to 1000s of birds including huge flocks of pelicans and flamingos. This really is a very special place!

Days 6 - 9
Cuzco and the Valley of the Incas
5* Libertador Palacio del Inka, Cusco and Sacred Valley

Travel back to Lima and then onwards to Cuzco where you will start your exploration of the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Stay in the heart of this ancient area at a luxurious hotel and spend your days on excursions to Inca ruins and local villages or enjoying some of the many adventurous activities the area has to offer, such as hiking, horseback riding and mountain biking.

Days 9 - 11
Machu Picchu

Quito

Return to Cuzco and then fly out to Quito, the bustling capital of Ecuador where you will spend a few days exploring the city's unique blend of colonial neighbourhoods and contemporary plazas. Shop at the colourful markets, picking up some funky bohemian finds, before enjoying some authentic cuisine at one of the many fantastic dining venues.
