Inspired by the tropical flavors of the Amazon region, meals and beverages at Inkaterra Reserva Amazónica are prepared with fresh local ingredients. Breakfast is served as an international buffet; lunch and dinner are served à la carte.

All meals include a variety of salads and fruits, as well as a selection of homemade breads. Vegetarian options and a children’s menu are also offered, upon request.
