The hotel offers 39 suites between the 6th and 15th floors, each designed to provide an elevated experience. The Junior Deluxe Suites are about 79 square meters, suitable for up to three guests, featuring a living area and marble bathroom. The Junior Premier Suites, approximately 90 square meters, also accommodate up to three guests and offer enhanced living spaces. The Executive Suites, ranging from 80 to 130 square meters, provide ample space for up to three guests, combining productivity and leisure. 

The Spa spans two floors, offering treatments such as massages, facials, hydrotherapy, and traditional Moroccan hammams. The spa features a mosaic plunge pool, relaxation booths, and uses luxurious materials like marble and wood.

Dining options include La Grande Table Marocaine, which serves traditional Moroccan cuisine, and Le Rooftop bar on the 23rd floor, which offers panoramic city views. 

Additional amenities encompass a state-of-the-art fitness center, a beauty salon, and Le Salon Barbier, a high-end barbershop located on the 20th floor.
