Kasbah Tamadot

Situated in the spectacular Atlas Mountains in Morocco, the award-winning Kasbah Tamadot was bought by Sir Richard Branson during one of his famous ballooning expeditions. Each of the 28 rooms and suites has been individually decorated to reflect the beautiful architecture of the building and features antiques from all over the world.

It is located in Asni, a little village and marketplace in the foothills of the Atlas Mountains, an area inhabited by the friendly Berbers. Kasbah Tamadot is perfect for those wanting some luxury while in the High Atlas - you will leave here feeling pampered and renewed, your lungs full of fresh mountain air. Antiques and artefacts from around the world have been assembled in Kasbah Tamadot and they nestle alongside traditional Moroccan textiles and furniture to much effect.

Tamadot is the perfect destination in both winter and summer - its cosy bar and library have roaring fires in the colder months while come summer, the fragrant gardens come into their own. Guests can immerse themselves in Moroccan cuisine with a cookery lesson using local produce
