I just wanted to send you a quick message to say thank you for the lovely hotel you recommended in North Portugal - Hotel FeelViana on 19th May. I was obviously one of the lucky people who made it there and back. The whole trip was just amazing with the windsurfing and all the other water sports available - my daughter Lauren is did some surf board lessons and is now hooked. From arriving in Portugal the whole trip went very smoothly from the transfer to the hotel and checking in the staff were just so friendly. I can honestly say it was the most loveliest and friendly places I have ever been to and most definitely will be in touch again later this year when travel to Portugal resumes.

The Hotel Feelviana has a superb location, good rooms, very friendly staff. Just outside the village, this brand new sports hotel is a great place to be, even if you're not into sports. Great rooms, nice restaurant and good and helpfull staff.

I travel a lot and FeelViana is one of the best hotels I have visited so far. The Hotel has a modern-minimalistic but yet timeless desgin and is emdeeded by untouched nature (pineforest and endless beaches with dunes). From the moment I arrived, i could feel a spirit full of inspiration, healthy and sportive lifestyle. We had a Suite with ocean view and to wake up with the sweet scent from the pine trees and the sound of the sea is priceless. The room itself is big and beautiful with lots of wood, very clean and the bed is comfortable. The spacious balcony is perfect to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the surroundings or to watch the watersport action.

Since Feelviana is pretty new the overall impression is nearly perfect. Very clean and well equipped (Gym, Yoga, Spa, etc.). Very nice and friendly staff. They all treat you like a welcome guest.Perfect place for having a active vacation. Only few minutes to the beach. Water sport equipment can be rented directly at the hotel.

Had a brilliant time at FeelViana. The atmosphere of the hotel was very chilled (which was exactly what we were looking for), and it's the kind of place you're happy to spend your time. The staff were all very friendly and helpful (even with our embarrassing lack of Portugese). Both the restaurant and bar food were very good, and the hotel was only a short walk away from a couple of other places to eat. The beach is very close too - just down a boardwalk from the back of the hotel.We also found it very easy to walk to the Ferry-Boat to get across to Viana do Castelo - very quick and inexpensive. Would definitely recommend a stay here if you're looking for something relaxing, or particularly if you're interested in water sports like windsurfing.
