WINDSURFING HOLIDAYS WORLDWIDE

I had one of my best ever holidays of my life and wanted to thank Planet Windsurf Holidays for being so incredibly helpful and professional. The fact that we managed to organise this on a Saturday for the following Tuesday is amazing and the offer at the St. Regis was hard to believe! Mauritius is a stunning place which I will almost certainly visit again. I visited very many parts of the island, trekked up two mountains (Le Pouce and Le Morne Brabant), visited the sacred lake of Grand Bassin, towns, forests, craters, waterfalls, landmarks... and of course, windsurfed in the most beautiful spot I have ever seen. I even managed to do some, very basic, wave windsurfing which I had never done before and the wind conditions were spectacular. The St. Regis is on another level when it comes to luxury and location. 

Excellent service from Stuart in the run up to, and over, the Christmas period. He was so helpful and quick to respond (despite my many changes of mind and the fact that I was so difficult to get hold of!)

Service rating : Stuart from Planet Windsurf took excellent care of us, and put in a great deal of effort to make sure we found the best place for our holiday. He was also very responsive, something that was important to us as we booked our trip last minute.

Finally, we did have a small hiccup at the hotel, but Planet Windsurf and Stuart handled it promptly and in a good manner. We will definitely book our next windsurf or diving holiday with Planet Windsurf!

Product : We loved the spot, and hope to go back. Beautiful French Colonial hotel, and the Le Morne spot was incredible for windsurfing, with waves and bump & jump possibilities.

As always meticulously organised with excellent hotels and transfers. The whole experience was 5 star and hassle free. So good we have asked them to book it all over again next year.

Wonderful island and perfect accommodation at the Premium Apartments La Gaulette! We stayed in Mauritius 9 days and fully enjoyed our stay. The apartment we rented was very large, with all comforts (air conditioning, fans, private bbq, pool, fuly equipped kitchen), perfectly cleaned, with all linen, including beach towels, changed max every 3 days. We fully recommend the apartments, which is perfect both for those who go to Le Morne for Windsurf or for people who want to get around in beautiful Mauritius.

Lux Le Morne is a hotel with a luxurious feel, where staff cannot do enough to ensure you enjoy every second of your stay, no small detail is missed. Ideal for a romantic break, couples can relax alongside a paradise like lagoon here. In terms of activities for those who do no want to do nothing at all, the hotel provides free of charge water sport activities including windsurf, snorkelling, pedalo, kayak, sailing - all sorts to keep you entertained.

We spent our Honeymoon at Lux Le Morne and we just have to say we are absolutely amazed. First of all we chose the location due to being close to the windsurfing lagoon and afterwards the hotel due to its fantastic reviews.

We stayed at the St Regis for ten nights. All the restaurants were great but our favourite was the floating market. All together a great holiday experience thank you.

Couldn't have asked for more from the St Regis Resort. Perfect setting for our get away. Staff very attentive, all 5 restaurants were brilliant and windsurfing was an added bonus. Beautiful hotel right on the beach with a nice pool as well.

I made a very last minute booking with Planet Windsurf. The team was extremely understanding and a huge help at sorting something out at such late notice - fantastic service! Unfortunately, I only had 2 days of wind out of 11. I wouldn't recommend Mauritius as a great flatwater windsurfing location. Great for all levels playing in the waves, but only very short flatwater runs prior to the waves. Water inside the waves is flat, just extremely short runs. The staff at the windsurf centre were very friendly and helpful. The gave exceptional service and I would highly recommend them.
