7nts Cycling Andalucia & 7nts Tarifa Windsurfing/Kitesurfing

Overview

This Spanish tour takes you to two very beautiful parts of Spain, Andalucia, and Tarifa. The first part is guided by our ground agents, whereas the second week in Tarifa includes a rental car, allowing you to have complete freedom, and explore the area of Tarifa for yourself.

Day 1: Fly to Ronda

Fly to Malaga, where you will be met by our ground agents, and transferred to the fortified town of Ronda, with cliff-top citadel and stunning gorge.

Day 2: Puerto del Viento

Challenging climb to the 'Puerto del Viento' pass and downhill to impressive El Chorro gorge.

Day 3: Sierra del Valle, Antequera

Follow a remote road past Sierra del Valle to Antequera, with beautiful valleys dotted with white farmhouses surrounded by almond and olive trees.

Day 4: Colmenar

Climb to the Sierra del Torcal, then down to Villanueva de la Concepcion, from where you can see the ocean on a clear day. You climb again to Villanueva de Cauche on a quiet road before descending to Colmenar.

Day 5: Alhama de Granada

Another day of cycling through superb mountain scenery to the charming town of Alhama de Granada, with stunning backdrop of the snow-capped Sierra Nevada Mountains.

Day 6: Granada

Today you will ride through olive groves as we approach the wonderful city of Granada.

Day 7: Alhambra Palace

Free day to explore Granada and visit the Alhambra Palace, one of the wonders of Islamic architecture.

Day 8 - 13: Tarifa

Transfer back to Malaga, where we will provide you with a rental car. From Malaga drive down to Tarifa for another week, this time of kitesurfing/windsurfing in the amazingly windy, and very beautiful Tarifa.

Whilst in Tarifa we recommend staying at the 4* Hurricane Hotel located right by the beach, on a B&B basis. The Hurricane Hotel is located next to one of our centres.   The town  of Tarifa is lovely, with amazing shopping, delicious authentic restaurants, and a great nightlife!

Day 14: Fly to UK

On the last day make your way back to Malaga airport, from where you will take a short flight back to the UK.

The tour prices are per person as a guide only. The price includes flights from the UK (other world wide flights available), all transfers, accommodation and tours as detailed. All tours are bespoke and tailor made so itineraries can be amended to fit any specific requirements,
