	Brian Talma has reopened his Windsurf Centre in Silver Sands. The Silver Sands area has gone through some major changes. His old shop which was based at the Silver Rock Hotel are both gone. However the new Centre and shop is five seconds away, directly on the beach, which is the best location for windsurfing as well as kitesurfing
