The new Robinson Club, opened in December 2019, sets a new standard for the island of Sal in Cape Verde being the only true 5 star property available. The Robinson Club is located directly on the 8km long and 200m wide, fine sandy beach of the Cape Verde island of Sal. This is a stunning, modern, adult-only sport hotel, perfect for active-minded travellers. 

At Robinson Club adult guests aged 18 and over can focus fully on individual sports activities or enjoy the quiet and relaxation as well as exceptional culinary trends. If you love parties and action, then this hotel is perfect for you, because there’s always “something going on” here! The resort offers an above-average number of events and the evening entertainment programme is a special highlight. A high point of the day are sundowners located at idyllic points around the resort’s beach.

Dining

Robinson Club features three restaurants and three bars. The hotels all-inclusive package gives you an option of varied buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner and drinks included, such as coffee specialities for breakfast, all drinks at the bar all day (excluding selected wines, sparkling wines, spirits and other specialities), and soft drinks, beer, table wine, filter coffee and tea in the buffet area. Certain restaurants may incur a surcharge.

Water Sports

The water sports station is open all day and offers daily introductions to equipment and activity areas, as well as modern, high-tech equipment for you to use. All the water sports instructors are VDWS-certified trainers with the relevant VDWS (German Association of Watersport Schools) licenses. There is an excellent kite and surf area, well-suited to both advanced and expert surfers. Catamaran sailing is possible depending on weather conditions (in the winter months, the wind is usually too strong. Catamaran courses are available for beginner and advanced sailors. You can expect high-quality equipment, professional supervision by our licensed instructors and, of course, a water sports school right on the beach. Courses for beginners and advanced windsurfers are also available directly at the beach – with state-of-the-art equipment and professionally supervised by licensed instructors. You can also put your balance, strength and endurance to the test while enjoying the beautiful scenery with a stand-up paddle. 

WellFit

The paths to mental and physical wellbeing are as diverse and individual as you. With the resort's range of wellness and fitness offers, you’re sure to enjoy a holistic holiday experience. The resort offers a gym with equipment for cardio and strength training as well as a Power Plate® station: Terminal (display/touchscreen) with virtual training programmes, such as functional training, fascia training and more. There is also a group fitness room and indoor cycling room. Pilates, yoga and personal training sessions are also on offer. The WellFit spa features a rooftop sauna area with naked and clothed zone, a relaxation area and massage and beauty rooms (incl. couples’ treatment rooms). There is also a WellFood diet station in the main restaurant with delicious, trendy cuisine made with regional products and ingredients. Ball sports
